Returns & Exchanges

At Embassy London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique footwear; if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Embassy London branded box and ensure they are securely packed in an outer shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
